Safe & Accessible Transport Services
Our trained drivers provide door-to-door transport service which means they will pick you up from your home or designated pickup location and drop you off at your destination.
For returns the drivers can pick you up from where they dropped you off, or from any other designated location, and return you safely home.

Medical transport services
Community Wheels Inc provides transport services to major hospital systems in the Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) including Westmead Hospital, Blacktown Hospital and St Joseph Hospital in Auburn.
Further subsidized transport is offered to eligible patients requiring transport to the health facilities of WSLHD for dialysis or cancer treatment.
Bookings are essential for all medical transport requests. A minimum of two days notice is requested for all individual transport bookings.
Transport for shopping
Community Wheels Inc offers regular group shopping trips to popular and accessible shopping centres such as Winston Hills, Carlingford Court, Bankstown and Auburn Shopping Centres.
If you wish to request transport to a shopping destination of your choice, please contact our office to make a booking.
Passengers on shopping trips are able to take the equivalent of four environmental shopping bags home on the bus and the driver will assist clients to the door with their shopping.
Individual transport to cover various needs
Using a high caliber of drivers, our Individual Transport Program provides reliable, caring door-to-door service in one of our station wagons or minibuses.
Our 8 seat minibus has a wheelchair hoist for those in need.
Clients can request individual transport to cover a range of needs such as attend doctors appointments, going to hairdressers or visitng family or friends.
Out of area bookings are taken and provided, subject to availability of taxi vouchers.

Social outings
Community Wheels Inc offers an extensive social outings program to all registered clients.
We travel to the Central Coast, Illawarra, Southern Highlands, and Blue Mountains region, as well as a variety of locations within the Sydney Metropolitan Area.
Our outings are very popular and provide opportunities to get out and meet new people. We offer Saturday trips, visit outlaying clubs, cafes, nurseries, markets, factory outlets, and art galleries.
Bus costs are dependent on distance travelled. Lunch costs are at clients' own expense.
