Additional Weekend Service |
This service is available to help those who are frail or have a disability that wish to visit their family members/relatives in a hospital or a nursing home.
Community Wheels will arrange a taxi to pick you up from your door and take you to the destination.
You will pay your normal transport fee and we will subsidise the remainder of the fare.
