When you first contact Community Wheels, a staff member will record your details and make an arrangement for an assessment. The assessment will determine whether or not you are eligible to use Community Wheels as a transport service.
The assessor will ask questions regarding your application.
Once you’ve been identified as being eligible to use our service, an information booklet will be sent to you via post.
You will also be asked for permissions to provide some of your information to government departments. This does not include your name and address. By providing such information, you will be assisting in the planning of future groups in your area. You have the right to refuse your information being given to a government department.
